Users who have created an organization account in dealWIP can save template request lists that their organization can deploy repeatedly in deals. Templates can be typed in from scratch, or can be uploaded from an existing excel file.
Creating a Template
To create a new template, click the "New Template" button in the top right hand corner of the templates page.
A User can create new templates in two ways. First, the User can create a new template by clicking the “Create Request List” button and entering Requests one-by-one. Second, a User can upload an existing request list by clicking the “Import Request List” button and selecting an .xlsx file to upload that includes, in the first row, the Category name of the Requests in the template, and in the second row, the text of the Request itself. To see an example of the required formatting, a User can click the "Download Sample File" button. Users must include a Category for each Request in a template.
Editing a Template
A User may edit an existing template by clicking the template, and clicking the "Edit" button in the top right corner of the page. Users may edit existing requests, add new requests or delete requests. When editing is complete, just click "Save".
